The business identified that there was a significant error rate by operators on the Batch Packaging Records.

Through the project, we collected data, we found that there were significant errors by operators, repeatedly, on a select number of pages, which could be viewed as negligence, but rather than reprimand the employees, we decided to fix the issue and remove the potential for the errors to occur in the first place.
