The required outcome of this project was to increase capacity within the blister packaging lines within a pharmaceutical packaging company, the following slides show some of the method and data that was collected to deliver a 13% increase in capacity, reducing downtime by 300 hours, annually, across the site, increasing revenue by £168,000 for a cost of £1,800.
